Depending on your type of organization, you have, or should have, a well-defined brand with business stationery, active website, updated blog, lively social media channels, email subscription list to which you send weekly or monthly messages, and reputation management (Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.) sweeps on a regular basis. And the world is flat. From barber shops to global consultancies, everyone either exists in the digital world at the call of a search, or they don’t exist at all. Once you’re found, a quarter of a second later, they’ll either decide to stay or to move on. Our job is to get them there and make them stay–not only stay, but jump in and follow through. It’s what we’ve been doing since 1994, for organizations ranging from Harvard to NASA, from Massachusetts General Hospital to the US Department of Education.
